We specialise in building, optimising, and scaling modern digital products, telco integrations, and Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) infrastructure.
What You'll Do & Learn
- Build and ship features end-to-end using Next.js and other modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue/Nuxt, Angular) across our web products.
- Write type-safe, maintainable code with TypeScript, now considered close to standard practice on professional web teams.
- Work with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases — schema design, queries, and performance basics.
- Apply modern web development standards: accessibility, performance, responsive design, and clean code practices.
- Support technical SEO implementation and on-page optimisation.
- Set up and interpret analytics (GA4, GTM) to track feature and product performance.
- Assist with deployment pipelines and core DevOps practices: Docker containers, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Get hands-on with cloud platforms — AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure — plus Cloudflare and Cloudflare Workers for edge deployment.
- Explore bot development and agentic AI workflows using tools like Claude and Codex to automate real engineering tasks.
- Collaborate using Git-based workflows — branching, pull requests, and code review — as part of a small, fast-moving team.
Who We're Looking For
- Education: Fresh graduate or final-year student (requiring an internship for graduation) from a reputable public or private university. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; strong self-taught candidates also welcome.
- Experience: Roughly 6 months–1 year of hands-on full-stack project experience (personal projects, freelance work, coursework, or prior internships all count).
- Core Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Next.js plus at least one other modern JS framework (React, Vue/Nuxt, Angular, or Svelte/SvelteKit), SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Git version control.
- Frontend Versatility: Comfortable picking up new frameworks quickly — you don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you should understand the ecosystem beyond just one framework.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), basic Docker/containerization knowledge, and an understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Web Standards & Growth: Understanding of modern web development standards, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tooling (GA4/GTM).
- AI & Agentic Experience: Demonstrated personal or academic projects involving AI coding tools, agentic workflows, or assistants like Claude or Codex.
- Bonus Points: TypeScript experience, exposure to bot development, Cloudflare Workers, or edge computing.
- Attitude: Have a can-do attitude.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical reasoning, a collaborative team-first mindset, and fluent, professional written English communication.
